Mary Garcia

Mary Ann Garcia, 48 passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Lakeridge Rehab & Nursing Center.  Services for Ms. Garciawill be Monday. June 8, 2015 at The Church of the Blessed with Pastor Johnny Perez officiating.  Burial will follow at Petersburg Cemetery under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors. The family will have a prayer service starting at 7:00 pm Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Broadway Funeral Directors.

Mary Ann was born July 13, 1966 in Petersburg to Raul & Eva Garcia. She worked in parts delivery at Auto Plus for many years and attended the Church of the Blessed.  She enjoyed arts & crafts giving her the ability to make collages and unique baseball caps. Along with being a good home maker, Mary Ann enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by three daughters & sons-in-law, Cindy & Eddie Silva of Petersburg, Yvette & Ricardo Lopez of Lorenzo, Jeanette & Adam Obleda of Plainview; her boyfriend, Ricky James Sanchez of Lubbock; three brothers, Roy Garcia, Manuel Ray Garcia both of Lubbock, John Albert Champion of Floydada; three sisters & brothers-in-law, Pat & Luis Gomez, Teresa & Michael Arriaga, Erlinda & Cornelio Garcia all of Lubbock, Andrea Champion of Ralls; ten grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents.
