Carla Ann Sifert

Carla Ann Sifert, 41 of Lorenzo, Texas unexpectedly passed away Thursday, May 9, 2024. Carla was born on August 28, 1982, to Thomas E. Sifert II and Patricia Sifert in Davenport, Iowa.  

Carla was raised in Davenport, Iowa and graduated from Central High School in 2000.  She was an avid Kansas City Chiefs and Red Raiders fan, loved cooking and spending time with her boys. Most recently, Carla was employed at FedEx in Lubbock, Texas.

Those left to honor her memory include her sons Bryan T. Sifert, Lorenzo, TX, Lashun Tabor, Jacksonville, NC, Natalio Gonzales, Lorenzo, TX, and Ezekiel Gonzales of Lorenzo, TX; her mother, Pat (Tim) Sifert of Davenport, Iowa; siblings, Kyle Sifert (Savanna), Davenport, Iowa and Jenna (Ryan) Mosher of Davenport, Iowa, several nieces, nephews and wonderful friends, include longtime childhood friend, Jamie Temple, Davenport, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her partner, Elias Gonzales; father, Thomas E. Sifert, II, and her Grandparents.

Per Carla’s wishes, cremation rites will take place.  A memorial service will be held 10:00 am, Friday, May 17^th in the Chapel of Broadway Funeral Directors located at 1901 Broadway Street, Lubbock, Texas.
