Eddie Diaz Sr.

Eddie Diaz Sr., 61 was born on January 16, 1959 in O’Donnell, Texas to the late Juventino & Solia Diaz. Eddie was a simple man, he enjoyed taking rides on his motorcycle and spending time with his beloved dog “Daniel”. His greatest joy in life, however, was spending time with his family.

In the afternoon of December 16, 2020, Eddie Diaz passed into eternal rest.  Those left to cherish his memory are his son Eddie Diaz Jr. of Lubbock; two daughters Kimberly Diaz and Mona Diaz both of Lubbock; two brothers Noe Diaz and Johnny Diaz both of Lubbock; sisters Linda Diaz- Palacio of Woodrow and Priscilla Diaz-Castillo of Lubbock; eight grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents Juventino & Solia Diaz; brother Michael Diaz; two sisters Edna Diaz and Diana “Dino” Diaz-Kendrick.

Visitation for Mr. Diaz will begin from 11:00am-8:00pm, Monday, December 21, 2020. Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Tuesday, December 22, 2020 in The Chapel of Broadway Funeral Directors.  Cremation arrangements were made under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors.
