On the morning of Tuesday, April 23, 2024, Ginger Ann Todd, 74, went to be with the Lord. She was born in Abilene, Texas on December 22, 1949, to the late Mark and Joyce Williamson. Ginger dedicated over thirty years of her life, working as a school bus driver for Lubbock ISD and Frenship ISD. Her commitment to safely transporting children to and from school earned her the admiration and respect of all who knew her.
Outside of work, Ginger found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a deep passion for music, a fondness for collecting angels, and an affinity for the refreshing scent of lemon grass. These interests reflected her gentle spirit and nurturing nature; however, her greatest joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons, Joe Williamson and wife Tana of Lubbock, Eric Todd of Neches, Texas; four daughters, Michelle Brodbeck of Lubbock, Kim Sullivan and husband Tony of Azel, Texas, Kadie Jaycon and husband Cody of Lubbock, Jessica Todd of Lubbock; one brother, Mark Willamson and wife Nancy of Snyder; fifteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service in Ginger's honor will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2024, in The Chapel of Broadway Funeral Directors with Mark Williamson officiating. All arrangements were made under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors.
