Jaden Hector Ruiz

  Jaden Hector Ruiz was born May 28, 2003, in Lubbock to Enedina Perez and Hector Ruiz Jr.  He worked for O’Reilly’s Warehouse and loved working there especially after getting a raise which made him very happy. He was very respectful, did not enjoy anyone arguing and was loved by all and he loved everyone. He loved music, collected hats, shoes, and enjoyed playing video games. As a gamer Jaden often stayed up all night trying to get to the next level. Ultimately, he finally finished his game as he’s reached the final level we all strive to reach one day. Date of completion was Tuesday, September 27, 2022.

Those he left to cherish his loving memory are his son, Ny’Hir Wright; his mother, Enedina Perez of Lubbock; his father, Hector Ruiz Jr; three brothers, Justin Ruiz, Hector Ruiz III, Nathaniel Ruiz; five sisters, Jaselle Ruiz, Jaylynn Ruiz, Jazlynn Ruiz, Sirena Sereniel, Kaylie Adame; his maternal grandparents, Sylvia Perez and Popo Aderian Flores, his paternal grandmother, Rachel Murillo of Lubbock.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Hector Ruiz Sr.; two good friends, Gary Onte Sheppard and Christopher Jolly.

Services for Jaden Hector Ruiz will be 10:00 am Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at The Lubbock Dream Center with Pastor Josh Ramirez officiating. Burial will follow in The City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors.

A Rosary will be held 6:00 pm Tuesday, October 4, 2022, in The Chapel of Broadway Funeral Directors with visitation starting at 10:00am.
