Josefina Garcia

Lubbock – Josefina Tenorio Garcia, 90, passed away Friday, June 22, 2018, in Lubbock.  She was born March 19, 1928 in Lockhart, Texas.  She is survived by Santos Garcia, her husband of 72 years, son Santos Garcia, Jr. and wife Lauren of Pflugerville, daughter Rosa and husband Gary Gronau of Lubbock, daughter Margaret and husband Edward Flores of Garland, son Robert Garcia and Sandra Rushing of Lubbock, granddaughter Andrea Milner of Garland, granddaughter Candace Andrews of Norman, Oklahoma, grandson Bryan Garcia of Sherman, granddaughter Mercedes Garcia and husband Justin King of Jarrell, grandson Jack Garcia and wife Alicia of Georgetown and great-grandchildren Evyn Andrews, Maddox Milner, Miles King and Andi King.

A rosary will be held Sunday evening July 1 ^st at 6:00 p.m. at Broadway Funeral Directors at 1901 Broadway in Lubbock.  A memorial service will be held Monday morning at 10:00 a.m. July 2 ^nd at Broadway Funeral Directors.   In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Hospice of Lubbock, 3702-21 ^st Lubbock 79410 or the Alzheimer’s Association, 3610-22 ^nd, Suite 300, Lubbock 79410.
