Maria Guadalupe Oliva-Pina, 78, was born December 17, 1942 in Mexico to Reyes and Martina Oliva. She was a wonderful mother to eight children, 12 grandkids and twelve great grandchildren. Maria was a wonderful homemaker and enjoyed feeding anyone that would come to her house. When you walked into her house, the smell of food made with love filled the room. Mom loved to crochet, spend time with her children, listen to Spanish music, watch boxing, and have long conversations with her family about the younger years of her life. She taught her children to work hard, be responsible, and to grow in their Catholic faith. Mom prayed her rosary daily.
