Mary Trent

Rosary for Mary Esther Trent, 55 of Lubbock will be 7:00 p.m., today, at The Chapel in Broadway Funeral Directors. Services for Ms. Trent will be 2:00 pm Saturday, May 21, 2016 at The Chapel in Broadway Funeral Directors with Chief Chaplain Keith Woodard officiating. Cremation arrangements were made under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors.

Mary went to be with the lord on Tuesday, May 17, 2016. She was born September 15, 1960 in New York, NY to Arnold & Rosliand Trent.  She worked as an administrative assistant for the Lubbock Police Department for many years. She enjoyed hanging out with friends, and spending time with her family. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy.

She is survived by her mother; a son Ernesto Ortiz of Nevada; three daughters Cyndel Ramirez of Lubbock, Tiffany Ortiz of Lubbock and Trisha Fleites of Florida; A sister Crystal Fonseca of Florida; Five grandaughters Taina, Brookelynn, Aubree, Angelina and Savannah; Two grandsons Brevyn and “J.J.”.
