Timothy Green

Timothy Ray Green, 43, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2018 in Lubbock.  Services for Mr. Green will be 10:00 am Friday, July 20, 2018 in Pentecostals of Lubbock Church with Pastor Dale Bostick officiating.  Burial will follow in the City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors.  Family will accept friends from 6:00 pm to 7:00 PM Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Broadway Funeral Directors.

Timothy was born September 14, 1974 in Olney to Gary Dean Green.  He graduated from Monterey Highschool in 1992 and served in The United States Army from 1993 to 1997.  He married Jill Arney on July 18, 2015 and worked as an Engineering Specialist for LP&L for over ten years. He enjoyed singing, writing music, playing his guitar and loved fishing, golfing and having cookouts with his friends and family. A loving soul, Timothy loved his family and the time spent with them always created wonderful memories.

He is survived by his wife, Jilly Green of Lubbock; a son, Ethan of Lubbock; two daughters, Jessi Smith & husband Blaize of Ropesville, Tyler Arney of Plainview; a brother, Nick Hardin of Lubbock; three sisters, Shelly Green, Kelsey Green, Rhonda Boswell all of Lubbock; his aunts, Kathy Ware & Husband Gary of Lubbock, Kelly Cruz of San Angelo; an uncle, Michael Ray Green of Lubbock; his mother & father in law, Nolan and Julie Arney; five grandchildren & numerous cousins.

He is preceded in death by his father, Gary Dean Green; grandparents, Wanda & Tom Martin, Roy Dean Green.
