Yolanda Camacho

Yolanda Joann Camacho, 63 was born May 27, 1957 in Levelland to Santos & Paula Camacho.  She was married to Armando Moreno for thirty-two years and worked as a nurse’s aide for many years. Yolanda loved her job and worked hard.  She enjoyed reading, being on Facebook, going to casinos and playing bingo.  She loved however being a grandma…..spending time with her family, cooking for them, taking care of them and making blankets that they will cherish always.

In the early morning of September 22, 2020, Yolanda Joann Camacho was called from this earth into the arms of her eternal savior.  Those left to cherish her precious memory are her husband, Armando Moreno of Lubbock; two sons, Jimmy Ray Butler, Thomas Butler and wife Margarita all of Lubbock; one daughter, Lisa Butler Madrid and husband Gabriel of Lubbock; three brothers, Tomas Camacho, Leonel Camacho both of Levelland, Johnny Camacho of Bridge Port; one sister, Demetra Rodriguez of Levelland; eighteen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren. She is also survived by five biological brothers and six sisters.

She is preceded in death by two sons, Mark Anthony Camacho (Feb/2010), Santos Butler (June/1980)

Services for Mrs. Camacho will be 10:00  am Friday, September 25, 2020 in The Chapel of Broadway Funeral Directors with Rev. Mark Anthony officiating.  Entombment  will follow  in the City of Lubbock cemetery under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors.  A rosary will be held 7:00 pm Thursday, September 24, 2020 in The Chapel of Broadway Funeral Directors with visitation starting at 8:00 am.
